Riley County officers arrested a Manhattan man Tuesday for aggravated battery after police were called to his residence for reports that a man had been attacked with a knife.
Officer Matthew Droge said Cody Fegan, 29, 1415 Claflin Cir., was arrested after an on-scene investigation at Fegan’s residence, where the reported victim also lives. Arrest reports indicate Fegan lives in the basement of the address.
Droge said Fegan allegedly fought with Jason Bokelman, 37, and at one point cut Bokelman’s neck with a knife, though Droge said the cut was minor.
Fegan is confined to the Riley County Jail on $10,000 bond.
