Man arrested after damaging property

Riley County officers arrested a 21-year-old man Wednesday night for criminal damage to property after officers were called to the 2000 block of Patricia Place in regards to an ongoing domestic dispute.

Dalton James Amaro, 4613 Freeman Rd., was arrested after allegedly damaging the car of an 18-year-old woman with whom he has a domestic relationship.

Amaro was arrested on $500 bond, but has since been released from the Riley County Jail.

Lt. Josh Kyle said officers received reports of the ongoing incident at about 8:40 p.m. Wednesday.

During the same incident, Joshua Eubanks, 24, 2174 Patricia Place, reported that his motorcycle had been allegedly pushed over by a named suspect for a total damage of $700.
