KSU women’s golf in Tucson for tournament

The K-State women’s golf team will look to continue its successful spring slate Friday and Saturday when the Wildcats travel to Tucson, Ariz., for the Mountain View Collegiate.

K-State will co-host the 54-hole event on the par-72, 6,227-yard Mountain View Golf Club.

The first two rounds of the 54-hole event will be played on Friday and the final 18-holes will tee off on Saturday with an 7 a.m.  shotgun start both days.

For the fifth time this season, junior Olivia Eliasson, senior Gianna Misenhelter, junior Carly Ragains, sophomore Scotland Preston and freshman Katherine Gravel-Coursol will comprise the scoring lineup, while freshman Anne Willman will complete as an individual.

K-State will compete against 14 other teams, including Arkansas State, BYU, Colorado State, Gonzaga, Kent State, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico State, Northern Arizona, Portland State, Redlands CC, Tulsa and Wyoming.
