KSU volleyball vs. Texas set for 7:30 p.m.

The Kansas State volleyball team will host the Texas Longhorns in Ahearn Field House on October 26, beginning at 7:30 pm.

Fans will be able to purchase a $3 ticket for the K-State volleyball match by showing their football ticket from the game against West Virginia earlier in the day at the ticket office.

The October 26 match will be the first of the season between K-State and Texas. The Longhorns are atop the Big 12 standings entering this week’s slate of matches with a 5-0 league record and a 12-2 overall mark.

K-State is 13-5 and 1-4 in the Big 12 this season.

After a midweek bye, the Wildcats return to action this Saturday for “Pack the Field House” night against Texas Tech. The 7 p.m. match features $1 tickets and $1 hot dogs.  Also, the first 200 fans to the match will receive pink “Cats for the Cure” T-shirts. Doors open at 6 p.m.
