Klein wants a sellout against Miami

By Joshua Kinder

Senior quarterback Collin Klein wants to see a packed stadium for Saturday’s game with Miami — only the fifth BCS opponent to play in Manhattan — and he’s willing to take matters into his own hands to see it happen too.

“I hope so,” he said. “Otherwise, we need to maybe cut practice off a little early and go out there and start peddling to get this thing filled up.”

As of Tuesday, there were 1,200 tickets remaining for Saturday. And worth noting is that Snyder is 4-0 against the BCS opponents at home — including wins over Minnesota in 1994, Cincinnati in 1996, Southern California in 2002 and UCLA in 2010.
