Kenneth M. Lovelace, 79, of North Miami, Fla., died Thursday at the North Miami Angel Gardens.

He was born on Aug. 23, 1934. He was the son of York and Gertrude (Grubb) Lovelace.

Kenneth had farmed north of Randolph and for many years had followed the harvest with his own custom harvest crew. He later moved to China Spring, Texas, where he was a warehouse manager for a restoration service company. After retiring, he traveled and spent several winters in Mexico before settling in Florida.

He is survived by two sons, Leslie Lovelace of Waco, Texas, and Kenneth Lovelace, Jr., of Scottsdale, Ariz.; and one daughter, Jessica Lovelace of Fountain, Colo.

A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Anderes-Pfeifley Funeral Home in Riley with the Rev. Kevin Larson officiating. The family will receive friends from noon to service time at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Randolph Fancy Creek Cemetery, north of Randolph.
