With five days remaining until the home opener, K-State volleyball fans can see the Wildcats take on Creighton on Tuesday for $1, as part of the launch party for the recently announced online network K-StateHD.TV.
The volleyball match against Creighton is set for a 7 p.m. first serve and will be the first home event broadcast on K-StateHD.TV.
“We are looking forward to start of the fall season with our home-opening volleyball match against Creighton,” K-State athletic director John Currie said. “As we debut K-StateHD.TV with our first live event in front of a global audience, we want Ahearn to be packed with purple. Our continued fan and community support have traditionally made Ahearn Field House one of the best volleyball atmospheres in the nation.”
To purchase tickets fans can do so online at www.kstatesports.com/tickets or visit the Ticket Office in Bramlage Coliseum during office hours. Tickets will also be for sale at Ahearn prior to the match for walk-up purchases.
