K-State women’s golf goes South for tourney

The K-State women’s golf team was seeking to continue its strong start to the season Monday,  as the Wildcats traveled to Austin, Texas, for the Challenge at Onion Creek on the par-70, 5,821-yard Onion Creek Original Course.

The tournament consisted of 36 holes today, followed by the final 18 holes on Tuesday with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start both days.

K-State will send the scoring lineup of junior Carly Ragains, senior Gianna Misenhelter, freshmen Madison Talley and Katherine Gravel-Coursol, as well as junior Olivia Eliasson.
