The Kansas State volleyball team will look to end a two-match losing streak tonight when the Wildcats host visiting and 25th-ranked Oklahoma at Ahearn Field House.
K-State is coming off a four-set loss last week at Baylor and then a sweep this past weekend at home against No. 1 Texas.
The Wildcats, who are 14-7 overall and 2-6 in the Big 12, are meeting the Sooners for the second time this season. In the first meeting on Oct. 12, K-State lost at Oklahoma in four sets, despite a double-double from senior Kaitlynn Pelger (17 kills, 10 digs) and two others — senior Courtney Traxson and junior Taylor Johnson — reaching double-digit kills.
Oklahoma enters tonight’s 7 p.m. contest with a four-match winning streak, including a sweep of West Virginia last weekend. The Sooners’ winning streak began with the win over K-State.
Tonight’s match will be broadcast on Fox Sports Midwest.
