K-State baseball to hold walk-on informational meeting

The K-State baseball program will hold an information meeting for those interesting in open tryouts for a walk-on position for the 2011 season. The meeting will take place at 4:30 p.m., on Wednesday, Aug. 24 at the Brandeberry Indoor Facility.

Those in attendance must provide proof of full-time enrollment at K-State (12 or more credit hours), a copy of a physical conducted in the last six months and proof of medical insurance.

The Brandeberry Indoor Facility is adjacent to Tointon Family Stadium, between the right-field wall and R.V. Christian Track.
