K-State baseball opens camp

The Kansas State baseball team began its fall practices in preparation for the 2014 season on Sunday at Tointon Family Stadium.

The defending Big 12 champion Wildcats will practice 35 times during a period of 45 days, wrapping up camp on Nov. 12.

K-State will play intrasquad scrimmages every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, beginning around 3 p.m. each day.
