Junction City man stable after being shot

A Junction City man is in in stable condition after suffering multiple gunshot wounds in a shooting early Saturday morning.

An unknown black male shot the victim, 25-year-old Isaac Johnson, as he was walking in the area of 51 Manor Circle in Junction City.

Junction City police officers were called to the scene at 2:38 a.m. for reports of shots fired, according to a police report.

Johnson was taken to Geary Community Hospital and flown to Stormont-Vail in Topeka.
