Hope defeats Frankfort 60-36

At Hope, the Lions were too much for Frankfort on Friday, as the Wildcats lost 60-36 on the road.

Frankfort trailed 16-8 after the first quarter, and it was already 38-14 by halftime. Both teams went back-and-forth in the second half, scoring 22 points a piece.

The Wildcats got three rushing touchdowns from Jase Rose, on runs of 45, 8 and 40 yards, and two passing touchdowns. Alex Roeder caught both touchdown passes on 59 and 22-yard plays.

Frankfort (1-1) will be at home this week for a game against Veritas Christian.
