At Holton, Wamego kept close with Holton in the first half, but couldn’t keep the Wildcats from running away in the second in a 55-46 loss to Holton.

It was tied at 11 after the first quarter and tied at 26 after the second. But in the third quarter, Holton got a 16-11 advantage to go ahead 42-37.

The Wildcats outscored the Red Raiders 13-9 in the fourth quarter to put the game away.

Eli Miller scored 14 points for Wamego, while Kyler Alderson added 10.
