The preliminary hearing for an Ogden man accused of aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary has been pushed back to Friday morning.

Timothy Holmes, 43, faces two counts of aggravated robbery and one count of aggravated burglary for entering an Ogden apartment in the 100 block of 10th Street on July 20, according to the Riley County Police Department.

District Magistrate Judge Sheila Hochhauser set a new hearing at 9 a.m. Friday because the victims, Vincent Taylor, 22, and Samantha Rex, 24, both of the residence, did not appear at the Tuesday morning hearing.

Co-defendant Johnny Cossey, 38, of Ogden, is accused of stabbing Taylor during the July 20 incident. Cossey was charged with attempted first-degree murder, aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary.
