Herspring’s critic resorted to predictable name-calling

By Letters to the Editor

To the Editor:
Liberals are so predictable, as Ed Horne aptly points out in his letter to the editor in Sunday’s edition of the Mercury. When the “left” runs out of arguments they resort to name-calling, as he refers to Professor Herspring as, “...trying for the title of the KSU nattering nabob of negativism.” Mr Horne accuses Dr. Herspring of being “against anything that President Obama does or says.” I don’t speak for Dr. Herspring, who can defend himself much more eloquently than I, however, as a conservative, I can say that I am against all for which this socialist president stands.
