Hartland Hearing hires two new coordinator

By The Mercury

Hartland Hearing Care Center recently hired Chris Hartwick and Lannie Lyman as patient care coordinators. Their jobs will entail providing excellent customer service care to every patient, preventative maintenance and basic repairs on hearing aids, one-on-one checkups and front office management. Chris Hartwick will be responsible for providing this care in our Manhattan clinic and Lannie Lyman will be in our Emporia clinic.

Chris Hartwick is the son of owner’s Rick and Wendy Hartwick. He has been around the business his entire life and became very passionate about serving the hearing impaired community and following the family business. Chris’s long term goal is to become licensed.

Lannie Lyman has recently returned to her childhood home of Emporia. She has many years of experience in the health care field and customer service. She is new to the hearing industry but enjoys the new challenges she comes across.  “We are thrilled to add both Chris and Lannie, as we feel that they will be great assets to our team,” said Rick Hartwick, NBC-HIS, Owner of Hartland Hearing Care Centers.
