At Hanover, the Blue Valley Rams had a tough night on Friday, fighting dark, rainy conditions, and a Hanover team that just wouldn’t quit scoring as the Rams fell 58-8.
The Wildcats piled up 14 point in the first quarter and then started scoring in bunches until the game was halted early in the fourth quarter due to severe weather.
Blue Valley was held to 67 yards on offense, with its only touchdown coming in the second quarter. Running back Marshall Carey gained 31 yards on 17 carries, while quarterback Levi Peter was 4-of-12 passing for 33 yards and the touchdown.
The loss dropped the Rams to 4-3 on the season. They will go on the road again next week for a game at Axtell.
