GTM Sportswear appointed Jesse Knight to the position of inventory manager.

Knight will supervise the domestic purchasing team, as well as manage and maintain critical dates in the forecasting, planning and purchasing process.

Knight earned his bachelor’s degree in both marketing and management from Kansas State University in 2008. He started his career at GTM in June of 2008, where he held multiple positions, including purchasing agent, import specialist and import compliance coordinator.  Knight transferred to Gear for Sports, Inc. in January 2011, where he worked as an international logistics analyst until he was rehired at GTM in April of 2013.

“We’re happy to welcome Jesse back to GTM,” said Tyler Lewison, director of supply chain for GTM. “His experience with GTM and Gear for Sports make him a valuable addition to our supply chain team.”

GTM, headquartered in Manhattan, is a national provider of custom-embellished uniforms, warm-ups and practice apparel for college, school, and club sports teams. Founded in 1989, the company employs more than 850 people, including a nationwide sales team and an inside support team.
