GTM Sportswear, a provider in custom-embellished team uniforms, warm-ups and practice apparel, has promoted Seth Nieman to the position of eCommerce manager.
Nieman will envision, define and oversee the development of GTM’s internet retail site, including feature-functionality, user interface, search engine optimization (SEO), landing page optimization and overall user experience.
Nieman grew up in the Wichita area and began his GTM career as an online marketing assistant in the fall of 2010. Previous to GTM, he founded Nieman Creative, an agency that specializes in web site programming and print design, working with clients such as Cargill, Hawker-Beechcraft, CBS, Wichita State University, American Heart Association, Jones Soda, ClearChannel Radio and more.
GTM also promoted Mike Rhoden to the position of development manager of Information Technologies. Rhoden will oversee development efforts at GTM, including managing a team of nine highly proficient web developers, the implementation of a new enterprise resource planning system and internal and third party development of web applications.
Rhoden earned his bachelor’s degree in math and philosophy at Benedictine College in Atchison, where he also minored in computer science. He began his career as a web developer for a start-up company called Four Fish Fly Free. Rhoden started at GTM in March 2002 and has worked in various areas of web development since.
