Freeman, Bucs outduel Raiders

Former Kansas State quarterback Josh Freeman threw for two touchdowns and kept the offensive moving as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers beat the Oakland Raiders in a shootout, 42-32.

Freeman was 18-of-30 for 247 yards and two touchdowns as Tampa Bay scored four rushing touchdowns to earn its fourth win of the season.

Emmanuel Lamur made his debut for the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, finishing with three tackles and a batted down pass. Fellow former Wildcat Terence Newman had four tackles and two interceptions for the Bengals in the 31-23 loss to the Denver Broncos.

The Miami Dolphins got a little production out of Daniel Thomas in a 23-20 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. Thomas carried six times for 37 yards and caught two passes for 25 yards.

Brandon Banks was worked into the Washington Redskins gameplan on Sunday, carrying once for three yards and caught two passes for minus 7 yards. Rob Jackson had two tackles for the Redskins as they lost 21-13 to the Carolina Panthers.
