Four arrested in drug bust

Riley County Police arrested four individuals Friday in a Manhattan apartment after executing a search warrant as part of an ongoing drug investigation.

A quantity of marijuana was seized, but the street value and amount are unknown at this point, police said.

The following individuals were arrested at 519 N. Manhattan Apt. No. 13:

Maxwell Gregory Zinsler, 20, 519 N. Manhattan, faces charges of conspiracy to distribute marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and no drug tax stamp. He was released on $6,000 bond.

Nicholas Edmond Franken, 19, Roeland Park, faces charges for conspiracy to distribute marijuana and possession of marijuana. He was released on $3,000 bond.

Katherine Brooke Kearns, 519 N. Manhattan Apt. No. 13, faces charges of conspiracy to distribute marijuana, possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and with intent to distribute marijuana. She was released on $6,000 bond.

Phillip Carl Macaluso Jr., 19, 519 N. Manhattan Apt. No. 13, faces charges of conspiracy to distribute marijuana and cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and no drug
