Officer Matthew Droge said John Headley, 31, Manhattan, reported that his car was taken sometime between midnight and 8 a.m. on Saturday while it was parked in the 1100 block of Village Drive.

Also taken with the vehicle were a Galaxy S-2 cellphone and an Army dress uniform.

Droge said Headley left the car parked on Village Drive, returning eight hours later to find it missing.
