FHSC Earthquakes take second

The Flint Hills Soccer Club (FHSC) Earthquakes came in second in the 11-and-under gold division of the Patriot’s Cup on Memorial Day weekend.  The Earthquakes went 2-0 in pool play, beating KC Legends Red 2-1 and Hutchinson Azzuri Union 4-3. In the semifinal, the Earthquakes defeated KC Legends Black 5-4. The Earthquakes lost 4-5 in the championship game to KC Legends Red. The Earthquakes finished the spring season with a record of 14-7-4.

Earthquakes players are Joey Crespino, Trace Dillon, Hunter French, Carson Gros, Dylan Haar, Mitchell Hutchinson, Matthew Long, Josh Priddle, Aidan Proctor, Brett Seaton, Michael Turnley and Luke Wichmann.

The team is coached by Bill Turnley and Scott French.
