Kansas State has announced details for Saturday’s sold-out Fan Appreciation Day game against TCU to thank fans for their support throughout the season.
The 2:30 p.m. game, which will be televised nationally on FSN, is expected to be K-State’s 12th-straight sellout at Bill Snyder Family Stadium dating back to last season, and Wildcat fans are on pace to set new school records for total and average attendance for a season.
All fans will have the opportunity throughout the game to win prizes from K-State, Kansas City Marriott, Dillons, Briggs Auto, the Eye Doctors, Great Plains, Southwest Dairy, K-State Proud and the Kansas Soybean Commission.
A special concessions package that includes a hot dog and a soft drink or water will be available at all concession stands for $5.
The K-State Super Store at the Stadium will offer discounted pricing on youth and adult t-shirts on select styles. Saturday will also be one of the last chances for fans to purchase a ‘Fit for a Family’ t-shirt featuring the West Stadium Center for $10 or a sweatshirt for $25.
This weekend is another Wildcat Weekend with the defending Big 12 champion K-State basketball team hosting Long Beach State at 3 p.m. on Sunday. Fans with a TCU football ticket can purchase a $10 basketball ticket.
All fans who attend Saturday’s football game will also receive a one-time-use promo code for 10 percent off at the official K-State online merchandise store.
Fans are encouraged to tweet their Saturday tailgate locations pre-game using the hashtag ‘TweetYourTailgate’ for the opportunity to have a special visit from Willie Wildcat. Fans should also tweet their stadium seat locations using the hashtag ‘TweetYourSeat’ for the chance to have concessions vouchers and K-State prizes delivered to their seats.
While a sellout is expected, a limited number of tickets are available from the visiting team returns for $65 and are located in the southeast corner of the stadium.
