Falcons finish comeback vs. Bears

In St Marys, Riley County completed a furious second-half comeback on the road, turning a 24-0 halftime deficit into a 44-40 win behind a 30-point third quarter.

The Falcons earned their second win of the season, with Trace Nelson scoring three touchdowns, two on the ground and one through the air from Brice Brummett. Brummett also threw a touchdown to Tyler Jordan. Josh Brazzle and Gavin Grater each scored rushing touchdowns to complete the rally.

Riley Co. (2-4) plays at Nemaha Valley next week.
