After a month-long break, the seventh-ranked K-State equestrian team will travel to the Lone Star state to tangle with a pair of the nation’s best squads in second-ranked Texas A&M and fourth-ranked Baylor.
The Wildcats will face the Aggies in College Station on Friday before heading north to take on the Bears in Waco on Saturday.
K-State (5-4) is riding a three-match winning streak that dates back to Nov. 19 where the Wildcats knocked off then-No. 4, Oklahoma State in Stillwater, Okla.
The Wildcats last faced Texas A&M (7-2) on Nov. 11 and Baylor (8-4) on Oct. 14.
Despite taking home two match-MVP awards on the day against Texas A&M and a Western team victory over Baylor, K-State was unable to take down either squads.
