Drug arrests made in City Park

Officers arrested three people on various drug charges early Sunday morning in City Park after investigating the smell of burnt marijuana in the air.

Thomas Wickoff, 26, Littleton, Colo., Skyler Gilbert, 22, Salina, and Anthony Russo, 28, Salina, were arrested after police officers patrolling City Park at approximately 1:12 a.m. smelled the marijuana and found the three parked in a vehicle, Sgt. Brad Ingalls said.

Wickoff was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of controlled substances with intent to distribute, two counts of drug tax stamps, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of a firearm. He was released on $15,000 bond.

Gilbert and Russo were arrested for possession of marijuana. Both were released on $1,000 bond.
