Clarence Aloysius Johnson, 81, died on Feb. 23, in Fremont, Calif. of Renal disease. Clarence was born in Washington, D.C. on Nov. 28, 1930 to parents, Ruth Doreatha Greenleaf Johnson and Clarence Miller Johnson. He received his Bachelor of science mathematics education from Eastern Michigan University. Clarence then received his master of urban planning at the University of Michigan, and his all but dissertation doctorate of urban planning at the University of Michigan.
