CivicPlus adds 2 more to staff

The customer support team hired its newest team member, Staley Cluts, as a senior support specialist. Cluts has more than 15 years of experience with networks and services, domain administration and troubleshooting.  For 13 years, Cluts worked with CACI as a systems analyst III, where he performed a variety of work from network configuration and management to testing and software quality assurance of applications. 

In his new position, Cluts is responsible for troubleshooting escalated client tickets, as well as documenting problem defects and taking corrective actions as necessary.  He will also provide general training and assistance for clients and CivicPlus client support team. 

CivicPlus released a new product, CivicPlus HRMS, a human resource management system.  Along with a new product, it hired new team members. Kevin Sproul joined the team as the HRMS regional sales representative.  Prior to joining CivicPlus, Sproul was a regional sales manager for the Tiburon Corporation, where he provided leadership and coordination of regional sales, marketing and government consultative sales functions. 

As the new representative, he will be responsible for generating new HRMS business within his assigned geographic and customer-based territory.

The client care team hired a community engagement consultant, Ciara Wood-Coyan.  She is a Kansas State University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary social sciences.  Before joining CivicPlus, she was the office manager and marketing coordinator for Mid-America Piano. As a consultant, Wood-Coyan will create ongoing relationships with clients by providing knowledge and understanding on how to use CivicPlus product.
