City information systems manager retires

Information Systems Manager Gregg Gibson retired on Friday after 40 years of service with the City of Manhattan. He began his work with the City of Manhattan on June 4, 1973, as the accounting and data processing supervisor. He was promoted to city clerk in 1979, and in 1985, had a status change to management information officer. Gibson has held his current position, information systems manager, since 1998.
