Charging senior citizens for hunting, fishing licenses is wrong

By Letters to the Editor

Is it a win-win or lose-lose situation for the State of Kansas? If SB 314 is passed, the state would start charging senior citizens for fishing and hunting licenses. Most of us have paid for them for 50-plus years willingly, and we were assured that after age 65 we would no longer be charged.
