Cats reach 20 wins once again

By Cole Manbeck

The Wildcats won their 20th game on Tuesday, meaning K-State has now reached the 20-win milestone in each of Frank Martin’s five seasons as the K-State head coach. Martin is the first K-State head coach to guide the school to five straight 20-win seasons (the previous streak was three consecutive 20-win seasons prior to 2006-07)

It’s the sixth straight season the Wildcats have won 20-plus games, as Bob Huggins led K-State to 23 victories during his one season as the K-State coach. It’s also the 25th time in school history the Wildcats have reached 20 wins or more.
