To the Editor:
At the USD 383 School Board meeting last Wednesday, an update of the professional learning time activities at Manhattan High School was presented. The update included information on a new approach for reaching the hard-to-reach students being implemented by teachers. At the conclusion of the update, one board member took the opportunity to launch what can only be described as a personal attack on the high school principal. The attack approached the level of vitriol and was completely unwarranted.
