Riley County detectives are investigating a report of a person flashing a gun during an argument Wednesday.
Sgt. Brad Ingalls said Toby Arganbright, 36, Manhattan, reported that an acquaintance confronted him at about 4:15 p.m. in a parking lot outside of an apartment complex at 2101 Sloan St.
The man reported that during the argument, the person pulled up his shirt to display a handgun secured in his waistband. The suspect left when Arganbright called police, Ingalls said.
Arganbright was not injured.
The incident is under investigation.
