Area Builders selects new executive officer

Brad Hartenstein has been selected as the executive Officer for the Flinthills Area Builders Association.

The association provides support to the building industry by promoting leadership, providing education, and improving environmental conditions that impact construction.

Hartenstein has been working in equipment rental and sales with the building trade industry in Manhattan for the past nine years.  He has a background in community programs as the executive director of the Abilene Chamber of Commerce.  He is former vice president of empowerment conferences training programs and for the past 26 years the sports announcer of the Chapman Irish. He will be coordinating the March 8-9 Home Show for the local organization and facilitating the organization’s community events in the Manhattan area with the annual Parade of Homes tours.
