Anthony goes undefeated

The Anthony Middle School volleyball A team went undefeated on Thursday night at its home quadrangular in Manhattan. AMS defeated Seaman (20-25, 25-15, 15-4), Fort Riley (25-13, 25-9) and Eisenhower Middle School (25-2, 25-14).

Emily Armbrust had four aces and Nicole Keller had one kill against Seaman. Against Fort Riley, Megan Klug led the team with four kills and Meg Auten had two aces. Raegan Wilcoxson had three digs against EMS, while Ayana Gamble added two digs. Kenize Smith had two kills.

The B team defeated Fort Riley and Eisenhower, but lost to Seaman. Dawn McNabb led the team with six digs. Carley Harris had 12 kills and Santana Maldanado had eight aces.
