The Broadway and international smash “Green Day’s American Idiot,” based on Green Day’s Grammy Award-winning album, will come to Kansas State University’s McCain Auditorium at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22.

Featuring the Green Day hits “Boulevard of Broken Dreams,” “21 Guns,” “Wake Me Up When September Ends,” “Holiday” and more, “American Idiot” is under the direction of Tony Award winner Michael Mayer and includes choreography by Olivier Award winner Steven Hoggett; music supervision, orchestrations and arrangements by Pulitzer Prize winner Tom Kitt; and Tony Award-winning set design and lighting design.

Tickets cost $22.50-$79, plus applicable taxes and fees, and are available now at the McCain Auditorium box office, online at, or by calling 785-532-6428.
