Aggravated battery at RC McGraw’s

An aggravated battery occurred at 1:40 a.m. June 20 at RC McGraw’s, 2317 Tuttle Creek Blvd.

An employee, Dustin Uhls, 31, was having an argument with a bar patron after he tried to leave with alcohol.

When Brenton Sullivan, 31, another bar patron, attempted to intercede in the altercation, the bar patron threw a glass pint at Sullivan’s head and fled on foot. Sullivan required stitches.

The suspect is described as a white male, sandy brown hair, 5’10’’ to 6’, brown goatee, thin build. He was wearing a thicker style of glasses.
