A 29-year-old Fort Riley soldier was arrested for allegedly threatening his spouse with a firearm during an argument Saturday evening.
Antonio Fogle, 516 Stone Drive, Apt. 5107, was arrested for aggravated assault after his 27-year-old spouse reported that she had been threatened with a firearm, Lt. Josh Kyle said.
During the same incident, which occurred between 10 and 10:25 p.m., Fogle reported that he was a victim of domestic battery, and Kyle said a second report was filed. Fogle has been released from the Riley County Jail on $2,000 bond.
