A Fort Riley man was arrested Saturday for allegedly brandishing a handgun in the parking lot of Texas Roadhouse during a dispute.

Officer Matthew Droge said police were called to the restaurant at approximately 5:30 p.m. for a report of two people engaged in a verbal altercation.

During the dispute, the victim said Christopher Murray, 28, allegedly brandished a handgun, though he reportedly did not point it at anyone.

He was arrested for aggravated assault with a firearm.

Murray was arrested and released on $5,000 bond.
