WHEREAS, a petition was filed with the City Clerk on the 28th day of June, 2016, requesting sanitary sewer improvements for three separate subdivisions, to-wit: Lot 2 of Ledge Stone Addition; Lot 1 of Ledgestone Ridge, Unit One; and Lots 1 through 37, Ledgestone Ridge, Unit Two, all additions to the City of Manhattan, Riley County, Kansas, Project No. SS1623, and the Governing Body of the City hereby find the petition to be sufficient.
