The property is an approximate nine-tenths (0.9) of an acre tract with an existing single-family house on the property. The CONCURRENT PLAT (Preliminary Plat and Final Plat) of the proposed Filby Addition will create two single-family residential lots with one lot fronting on Browning Avenue (2201 Browning Avenue) and the second lot (vacant) fronting on Lawrence Road.
